So, this was my first outing with my new lovely Nikon D3000 and my first self portrait with it! I love it and not just because I'm in it, but because the quality is georgous. The lighting in the Wet Seal fitting room was perfect now that I think about it. (:
I found this cute (and cheap) leather jacket w/ faux fur trimming at Wet Seal. It looked just as cheap as it was, but it was kind of cute. I didn't buy it because I had to buy something else for New Years and I wasn't too sure about it. I wish the sleeves didn't have the faux fur trimming and were a tad bit shorter. Oddly, I don't even wear a jacket while it's cold out and I like in New Englad (USA). It was on clerance for about $13 and they had it in black as well. I'm thinking about going back to get it and if my size is still there, then it's meant to be!
What are your thoughts on this Wet Seal jacket? Yay or nay?
Love the post! I was just debating between Nikon D60 or Canon Rebel. Glad to see some pics with it.
ReplyDeleteif the fit is right and it looks good on you then I would get it...I only like the fur on the collar though not on the sleeves. It's snowing here in NJ today so i'm taking my camera out this moring to get some snow shots....I reallyy love my camera...lol! Happy Saturday!
ReplyDeleteI think it looks really good on you, it seems to fit with the style you have going on with the hat and whatnot. I actually like the fur, and I'm not even a fan of fur on jackets, it just looks really comfy and fashionable on you.
ReplyDelete@Shesgotishshoes- I'm a Nikon girl, but I heard that Canon is pretty good. I'm thinking about getting a Canon point and shoot.
ReplyDelete@Marsoline- Awesome, I hope they came out good!
Thanks for the comments! I haven't gone back for it yet, but I plan to!
Very nice post. I agree, the jacket would have been even more fabulous without the fur trimmed sleeves. It's still cute though. There are always ways to modify clothing.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I feel about the jacket, but I love the turban!
ReplyDeleteI never got the jacket, but I deff still have the turban!

I think the jacket is cute... but tell me, how can you not wear a jacket in this icy New England? I live in Providence, RI and freeze my butt off like every day. It's awful! Hahaha.
ReplyDelete*New England weather
ReplyDeleteOddly, I have barely been wearing jackets! Well, I am today and it's not even cold! New England weather is such a dragggg!
